Terry Maples, TCBF Field Coordinator, is available on a limited basis to coach congregations. Occasionally, congregations need objective lenses to navigate conflict or assistance discerning vision or direction from God. A coach can lead the congregation through a discernment process (through asking powerful questions) so the congregation can find clarity about identity and calling and channel its resources and gifts to make a difference in the world.
