Peer Learning Groups

Healthy churches begin with healthy leaders.  TCBF encourages clergy participation in a local peer learning group, a regular gathering of ministers for support, encouragement, and learning. Peer learning groups meet monthly to provide opportunities for worship, spiritual growth, study, discussion of ministry-related issues and fellowship among ministers.  In Tennessee, peer-learning groups exist for pastors and associate pastors.  Plans are underway to launch new groups and we are always open to new conversations.  Contact Rick Bennett at [email protected] for more information about existing groups or any interest in starting a group in your area.  Funds are currently available to assist with the formation of groups.
